They help us gather information that both allows us to provide you with personalized, high quality care and enables us to give you an accurate estimate of what payments can be expected from third party payers
(usually insurance companies)

Betty joined our team in the fall of 2000. Betty has had many years of dental experience as an  business assistant, and office manager. Chances are if there is a question about financial arrangements, insurance or other issues in the business of dentistry, Betty already knows the answer.

Betty has a grown son and lives in Waterford with her husband Mike.

Nanci has been with our practice since 2005. She has worked with all kinds of dental insurance and in different clinical environments. Nanci helps our patients find appointments, make financial arrangements and maximize their insurance benefits.
